Shipping Policy

Unless noted otherwise on the product page, all orders will be shipped within 3 business days of payment via USPS, UPS or FedEx. If any of your items are out of stock or if your order cannot be shipped within 3 business days or on the date specified on the product page, you will be notified via email and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order. All other order cancellations will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Once the shipment has entered final processing (shipping label created), order cancellation is not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International shipping is available and varies by country.

For orders outside of North America: We ask that you place your orders through Ebay by searching for “DogUp Stand” (our listing will show as being from an international seller). By using Ebay’s Global Shipping Program, all shipping fees and duties will be calculated and collected at checkout. If you want to order accessories, please contact us before placing your order on Ebay.

Canada/Mexico: Please note that THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS FEES. Any customs and import duties or taxes are charged by your country once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to unforeseen import fees. You can use https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/ to estimate your import duties and taxes, but your country has the final say on the actual fees.

Also, please allow extra time for delivery due to customs clearance and travel, sometimes up to several weeks.

Return Policy

If you have any issues with your product, we will do our best to resolve them. However, please note that all sales are final. NO RETURNS will be accepted unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
